We’re Sagan, a global talent recruitment agency that builds AI tools for our own clients. We’re opening up our private engineer network to a few more people.

This isn’t a job. You stay independent, run your own team, and we send you well-scoped project work at $35/hour. Every project comes with a full brief. We handle the client side entirely.

We’re looking for engineers who are genuinely strong with:

  • AI-native workflows (Claude Code, Cursor)

  • Automation and orchestration (n8n, Cargo, or similar)

  • Data enrichment and scraping (Apify, Bright Data, Firecrawl, Zenrows)

  • GTM engineering (Clay and beyond)

  • APIs, JavaScript, and making things that don’t break

If you already have one or two people working under you, even better! That’s the model we want to plug into.
