Webchat ability to have human interaction

The idea is:

The ability to have a human interact with the webchat node.

My use case:

When a webchat comes in between business hours, I would like the ability of a human to interact with the customer, if it comes in after business hours I would like AI chat bot to handle it.

I think it would be beneficial to add this because:

It would be nice to have the ability to have human interaction with a webchat client.
