Webhook not receiving messages from 360dialog – Workflow fails with
Hey everyone,

I’m currently trying to connect WhatsApp messages from 360dialog to an n8n workflow via a webhook. The webhook URL is already registered in the 360dialog hub and is being called correctly – I can see the POST requests coming in from 360dialog when I test it.

However, the workflow fails and gives me a “Problem running workflow” error when the webhook is triggered.

Can you please share the workflow?

You can select all nodes with ctrl+a, copy it with ctrl+c. Then past the content here after pressing button </> with ctrl+v.
