Webhook stays on "queued" in the cloud

Describe the problem/error/question

The webhook execution stays on “queued”. When i add a second execution to the queue and cancel it directly then the first one starts.

We are useing the n8n cloud. No custom settings. No other active workflows or webhooks

What is the error message (if any)?

restarting the workplace fixed it for us. You need to be a sys admin from your workplace to be able to restart.
