I am having continous issues with wehooks listning to messages. I have configures using the WhatsApp trigger and a Twilio trigger and keep having the same issue. It will work manually but the webhook wont activate to listen permenantly. I notice lots of people having same issue in the forum
I have checked i am on the latest version of N8N
I have changed browsers
My workflow is active
The webhook URL is correct
Everything else works fine
Any ideas?
Could it be because i am on the trial version of N8N?

The issue you’re experiencing is not related to the trial version.
Could you please share a screenshot or the actual workflow you’re using?
To better understand the problem, could you also verify whether the production URL is set as the webhook in the Facebook Developer Console? as test and production url are different and may this is kind of creating the issue.

Thanks for getting back to me. The automation workflow starts like this. You can see that the twilio trigger has a red lighting bolt. its connected to my Twilio account and tghe correct production URL webhook is in the twilio account.
Its works when i manually test but i just cant get it to listen persistently. I have exactly the same issue with a WhatsApp integrration in the same set up
