What is the best way to contact n8n support? They dont respond

Last week, i purchased n8n from Azure marketplace, paying 8000 USD for a year’s subscription. I got the subscription spun up and n8n verified, I also got my invoice from Microsoft. But I can not access my account.
Since Thursday last week I have email and tried to get in contact with their support, the first AI response was fast but when that did not solve my problem no human would pick up my case. I have repeatedly sent reminders but no response. Is this the level of support I should expect, it’s very poor in my opinion.
Anyone that know a better way to get their attention?

Sorry to hear about that, I bet there are a lot of tickets inline with all the new major upgrades.

I think you already did “the best way to contact “ officially by email since it’s a company and request should be handled properly.

Anyway, here you will get attention from someone that is able to conduct a bug internal.

Maybe @Jon_James or @despairblue can help with this.

P.S try acces from an incognito tab, clear caches . Can you show an image with what you see?

I have successfully registered:

I just now got a welcome email with my license activation key, but that does not help since I cannot access my account.

What exactly do you see?

You cannot login, or the pages are not reachable etc…

Or acces your Admin dashboard to refresh actual instance with this MAGIC LINK .
