What would be optimal?

Hi there, I’m new to automation but have been doing it for 2 weeks now.

I’m working on an automation for my moms medical office. They have state and federal guidelines they must follow and these guidelines are written in PDF document format. The office has it’s procedures written in a PDF document as a company manual. I would like to compare the state and federal guidelines to the office’s company manual to make sure they would be okay in the event of an audit. To score each category and explain why each score was given.

I’m using a google drive trigger for when the company manual hits. I’m extracting text from the company manual pdf document.

I just don’t know what to do after this. Do I give the AI agent a tool, or is it all in the system prompts where I tell it the federal standards it needs to be checking? What would the workflow look like from start to finish (which nodes) I can figure out how to connect them and customize them.

What is the best way without using too many credits to compare the standards on a pdf document to the company manual pdf document? Would it be better for me to rewrite the standards myself into the LLM/Agent?
