Hello! My workflow is not sending Templates even though i set everything up correctly. Might it be the number?

What is the error message (if any)?

Error code 400

What Im guessing is the problem is that the number has not registered the certificate and I have no idea how to do it.

Is this why the flow is not working?

Any idea on how to connect the phone certificate? I looked everywhere but I could not figure it out.

PS": credentials work, i can see my phone number and templates.
