I’ve been searching the internet for about four days now. I just can’t seem to solve this problem. When I test it with the test URL in WhatsApp message automation, it only sends one message. When I test it with the production URL and activate the workflow, either the same message keeps going out repeatedly, or similar messages are sent one after another at a rate of about 20 per minute. I can’t figure out what the problem is. I’ve experienced the same issue with my ManyChat Instagram DM automation. Please, can someone help me? I’ve been stuck on this for days—what should I do?
