When I refresh a web page, the workflow executes prematurely and therefore wastes an execution. I only want the workflow to execute when a chat message is received.

Is this regarding the chat plugin?
this is a known “issue”. I think there was a feature request for this already.

Thanks J for the quick response. Yes it’s the Chat Trigger that executes the work flow on a page refresh as well as a message received. So if you have lots of visitors to your website, the work flow is executed on every page visit or refresh and therefore your executions are depleted in no time and therefore you need to upgrade to enterprise pricing with unlimited executions to accomodate this issues, which seems very unfair. Is this a know issue?
