Which regions are covered by the email sending node?

Context:
I am using the send mail node, with an SMTP that I configured so that the notification mail goes out from the custom mail and not from me as a developer.

Now, a few days ago, I received a notification that the email was accessed with the SMTP configured in an unallowed geolocation (Germany), and I am in LATAM.

I would like to know if you have knowledge of what regions the node covers or the listing of where the connections could come from, either by IP and so add it to a whitelist or something.

How could I be aware of that?

This is because, when the notification was received, we proceeded to make the block and now it turns out that the mail is not being sent or well, the node is sending mail is sending error because it fails to authenticate.

N8n account type: Cloud

Thanks!

You may have to email support to ensure you are on a different region?

Are you in germany yourself?

You may need to email support to make sure you are in a different region?
A/ What would that email be, where do I find it?

Are you in Germany?
A/ No, I am not in Germany, but in Panama City, Panama.

I believe one is: [email protected].

hi @Kev_Kant

Just saw your email in our heldpesk so I thought of responding here so others can see. Traffic from our cloud can come from these IPs: Cloud IP addresses | n8n Docs

Can you try allow listing these ips?

Hope this helps
