Why are Sticky Notes showing low-quality images from third-party image URLs?

Anyone aware of an issue with Sticky Notes showing low-quality images via image URL links?

E.g. this hosted image is high-quality by default: Screenshot 2025 10 20 115200 — Postimages

Yet the Sticky Note shows it as thumbnail quality: image12345 — Postimages

Seems like a new issue - just noticed it today but it wasn’t happening ~1-2 weeks ago.

Seeing it in all of my workflows.

Information on your n8n setup

  • n8n version: 1.115.3
  • Running n8n via Docker (selh-hosted)

@mohamed3nan thanks - I had tried that before, and also appended #full-width so it’s like this:

In any case, it appears to have been a local network/VPN issue with some broken image caching or related… Switched network and they’re loading fine again.
