WooCommerce Trigger Not Working on Active Workflow (n8n Cloud)

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with the WooCommerce Trigger node.
My workflow is set to “Active”, but when I create a new product in WooCommerce, the trigger doesn’t fire.

However, if I switch the workflow to “Test Workflow” mode and then create a product, it works and gets detected.

I’m using n8n Cloud.
Any idea why the trigger doesn’t respond in active mode?

what are you using? rest api or webhooks?
