Workflow blocked after reaching execution limit – need help

Hello n8n team,

One of my workflows is currently blocked because I have reached the 10,000 executions monthly limit on my n8n Cloud Pro plan.

I would like to know if it is possible to reset the execution counter or if there is a temporary solution to allow the workflow to resume running without waiting for the next month.

The workflow is critical for my automation, and I would appreciate any guidance on how to get it running again as soon as possible.

Thank you for your help!

Hi @techmode Welcome!
I would really recommend upgrading your plan, you can try reaching out to [email protected] and clearly explaining your scenario and they might agree to a top-up , but extending limits is not possible until you upgrade your plan, or consider self hosting.

Hello @Anshul_Namdev

Thanks for your reply.

I also got a response from AI support mentioning that there may be a one-time execution count reset available per account. Is this something standard that can be granted in situations like mine?

In my case, I reached the limit due to a misconfigured trigger, so it wasn’t expected usage.

Thanks again for your guidance!

@techmode Yes that is an available option if you haven’t used that, for that you need to reach out for [email protected] and explain them your exact situation and there you can request that..

Okey, thanks you for the confirmation

Let me know if that brings some help @techmode

I haven’t received any feedback yet. Do you have any idea how long the treatment will take?

@techmode They should reach out soon, although i recommend adding a mail here too [email protected] and also you can upgrade your plan to get more executions.

They did what was necessary. The execution count has been reset.
Thank you for your information.
