Workflow is active but not receiving any inputs

Describe the problem/error/question : Workflow is active but it is not receiving any inputs. When I keep the workflow active and close n8n and use it via telegram/email/any triggers, it is not receiving the messages and does not respond. When I go to n8n and deactivate the workflow and then again make the workflow active, all the inputs starts triggering at that time and not in the real-time which it is supposed to be.

What is the error message (if any)?
