Workflow not running in background – repeated connection lost

Describe the problem/error/question

My workflow does not reliably run in the background on n8n Cloud.
Even when the workflow is activated, scheduled executions often do not start.
Additionally, the UI frequently disconnects from the server.

What is the error message (if any)?

“Problem running workflow – Lost connection to the server”
“Connection lost – You have a connection issue or the server is down”

with all my workflows I get the same error

@Jort_Schaaf Go to “settings” then “workspace management,” and click “restart workspace.” This will reboot your n8n cloud workspace and usually fixes your scheduled workflow and connection problems.
