- if had created a WhatsApp chatbot just the basic in my 14 days trial period the problem I was facing that after every verification with no errors when it was time for the trigger it’s not receiving the command from the WhatsApp
I have the same problem.
My Whatsapp Credential to connect with step completes successfully.
When messaging from another number into my verified Whatsapp Business app account on phone, it never triggers.
If I can’t get this step to work, I will cancel my trial. Solutions?
Are you guys using the test number from de Meta app or a regular one?
I’m using a regular phone number and it is working just fine, but when I use the test number it doesn’t work.
