Workflow sometimes never end and getting SqliteWriteConnectionMutex error?

Hi all

Sometimes my subflow keeps running and never ends, but an error is thrown via the error workflow. The error says:

Timeout waiting for lock SqliteWriteConnectionMutex to become available Node: Execute Workflow

So the only place I can see the error is via the error workflow, because I have to cancel the workflow itself. Please note that the workflow have been running for 2 months without any problem, but the problem started on 28 october and it have happend 3 times now.
