Workflow Stuck After Sending File via Chat – Unable to Receive User Approval

Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble with my workflow that uses a chat integration. After I send a file to the user via chat, I want to wait for their approval (for example, a reply like “yes” or “no”) before continuing the workflow. However, the workflow doesn’t seem to progress when the user replies in the chat—only file uploads are processed, and regular text messages don’t trigger the next steps.
Is there a way to receive and process user replies in the chat after sending a file, so I can continue the workflow based on their response? Any advice or examples would be appreciated!

I’ve opened the link on your answer and thats sends to Best HITL apps & software integrations . İs my workflow structure wrong? Should I use Nodes before the Agent as a Workflow Tool on Agent? Actually I’m stuck right now. Chat does one thing and that is uploading the file to the workflow.
