But about 3 hours later, my client tested it:
And somehow, the workflow did run a previous version, where the update that I’ve made didn’t exist there yet. What happened?

could check back the images in this post because they aren’t showing, so we could help you better.
That’s interesting, because I am currently facing the same issue. I rebooted, updated, and it is still calling the outdated sub flow version.
FYI, I was able to solve it. My sub flow was not properly published. I had to remove the problematic nodes. Hope it helps
