I work for a company who would like to use n8n for some of our automations.
While trying to set up an account using .app.n8n.cloud I was advised that the workspace already existed but the account had expired.
No-one we could find at our company set this up - sending password reset requests hasn’t worked.
I can’t send a support ticket to n8n as it requires an active account as I don’t have an account set up yet until this is resolved.
How can I check if (a) the workspace was setup by someone at our company who has possible left (i.e. the account email is @), or (b) claim the now unused account as we are the official company of that name?
