Workspace Offline (503 Error) - Need Urgent Support

Hi n8n Community,

Our workspace is currently showing a Workspace offline (503) error. The message says “Your workspace is restarting and currently offline.”
We have not made any recent changes to the configuration, and this issue appeared suddenly. We rely on this workspace for critical automations, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue since yestarday. I paid for the subscription and can’t access my account. What a joke! No support, no answers from anyone. What an experience

Did you guys tried to restart the workspace from withinAdmin Panel?

Go here and acces with the MAGIC LINK using your email. If this doesn’t work, I am afraid you have to wait for n8n team.
