Workspace Scheduled for Removal Warning Despite Active Billing

Hi Guys,

I’m seeing a warning in my n8n Cloud workspace that says:

“Your current plan is set to expire at the end of the billing cycle. Afterward, your workspace will be deleted. Resubscribe to keep your workspace online.”

However, my billing is fully up to date the latest payment was successfully completed on 11 November 2025, so my next renewal should be on 11 December 2025.

I’m trying to understand:

  • Why is my plan marked as expiring?

  • Will my workspace actually be removed after 11 Dec?

  • Do I need to manually resubscribe even though previous payments were successful?

I have already emailed the n8n support team, but I haven’t received any reply yet (other than the automated acknowledgement).
Posting here in case someone can help clarify this issue sooner.
