Would be possible to get a trial of enterprise self hosted for testing the Log Streaming?

Describe the problem/error/question

We are currently validating about upgrading to the enterprise version of n8n and one of the main reasons is to use the log streaming to set up some interface/dashboard about our workflows(usage per workflow, how many success, how many errors, details about errors workflow by workflow), probably using something like graylog or grafana loki.
I didnt find much of the matter online besides the log streaming documentation, that being a little bit generic about what is possible to do or what can be configured to be sent
