Good day, I accidentally opened several tabs on the n8n website and received a lock. How can I fix this?

It’s not that you’re personally banned. You just triggered Cloudflare’s security by opening many n8n tabs quickly. Cloudflare blocks IPs when traffic looks like bot activity. The block is temporary and usually clears in minutes to an hour.

Fixes you can try:

  • Wait and retry (block should expire).

  • Clear cookies/cache.

  • Try incognito (no extensions).

  • Avoid VPNs/proxies and too many tabs.

  • If it keeps happening, send the error Ray ID and your IP to n8n support so they can whitelist you.

In most cases, just close extra tabs, wait, and reopen in a single tab.
