What I keep writing about here is the failure that does not error. A filter carrying a stale condition from an earlier fix. A retrieval step returning nothing, and a branch downstream treating empty as fine. A config flag reading true while the file it depends on was never generated. Every node green, the output wrong, nobody alerted.

I found that last one in my own system a month after switching it on.
