I’ve been in IT for far too many years in a wide variety of roles: Dev, support, IT Manager, APM/AIOps/Observability presales and automation presales.
While I’ve been automating things for many years (usually by scripting), I started with automation at Resolve.io. Having recently been caught in a RIF, I decided to update my automation skills and here I am.
