The name represents the bridge: Enterprise Architecture (aligning technology to business strategy) and Systems Architecture (the practical craft of making complex systems work together). Most providers focus on one or the other. I’ve always operated in both.

Today, I use modern automation platforms like n8n, AI, and APIs to bring that enterprise rigor to small businesses, professional services firms, and mid-market organizations seeking to maximize their Total ROAi (Return on Automation Intelligence).

From AI-powered lead qualification and CRM orchestration to document intelligence and proposal automation, my focus isn’t the technology—it’s the business outcome. I design systems that reduce administrative drag, accelerate response times, improve customer experience, and scale operations without adding headcount.
