I build and document the workflow automations and integrations ops teams run on, then leave a runbook so they can operate without me.
n8n is my main build tool currently (though I am also very familiar with Celigo, Make, and Zapier), usually wired into Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, NetSuite, Airtable, and the Atlassian stack over REST APIs and webhooks. I care most about the parts that decide whether an automation survives production: idempotent writes, HMAC-verified ingestion, retry and backoff that respects Retry-After, status normalization that doesn’t drift, and a shared error workflow so failures surface instead of failing silently.
Code-first: I document from the workflow JSON, configs, and source, not from interviews. When the doc and the system disagree, the system wins.
