Is it possible to have 2 different domains for webhook on one n8n instance. For example, I have telegram on one domain, and a regular webhook on another?

You can just use forwarding through your domain provider to forward requests from the extra domain/subdomain you want and that will work.

To see where specifically it’s coming from you could have your domain provider add in stuff like query params or add in a cookie to read. That stuff is pretty easy in cloudflare

Edit: This 100% works. I just remembered I have done a lot of work using shortlinks to trigger workflows, which is essentially just a redirection
