I am currently on the “Team” trial option, but once the trial ends I will be on the free plan. Also would it be possible if i invited you as a collaborator to my base, and see if the option to “manage base access for automation & scripting” appears on yours, or this would not work?
Oh I see the problem now @Dexiuzhan the Personal Access Tokens is a feature available on the Pro plan and above. And no sorry you can’t invite me.
@Zelite The only way to solve this if i purchase the pro plan? It mentions that I should be able to create and update records with any plan.
I have also tried testing the token in n8n to check what permission levels I have in the base and it mentions “create”.

@Zelite Hi, the same issue is still there and have not found a solution for it.
Since I was mentioned here… I wanted to attach a short video of how to integrate airtable with n8n via personal access token. Nothing fancy, but should be pretty easy to follow.
In the video I add a new base, create a personal token, provide it with required permissions, create a new credential in n8n and run a short test.

Thank you for sharing this! For some reason, when I follow your instructions, I’m unable to select ‘list’ from the base and table drop down menus (only ‘by ID’ or ‘by URL’), any idea why?
