Describe the problem/error/question

Good morning,
We have had a problem for around 10 days with one of our clients who received null responses every time he tried to send us a request. Often it works, and other times it doesn’t. And whenever it receives zero responses, we do not receive any requests in our system.
And this problem seems to have happened with 1 particular workflow.

What is the error message (if any)?

That sounds like the issue we had yesterday but if you have been seeing it for 10 days it must be unrelated. When it fails is it always around the same time or with a specific request?

It’s not around the same time. But it’s with a specific request!
