I have created a whatsapp convo agent for collecting orders from customers and then i thought of giving those workflows customise them for their needs and then giving them to other stores like supermarkets and restaurants. I would pay for the api credentials of all the others and n8n Except of whatsapp api and share this project to them and let them use it for a monthly cost . Is It Permissible to do so with the enterprise or startup plan
Are you going to host the workflows yourself? Then you need embedded or white label plan.
If you are going to offer the blueprints to be built within their own n8n, then no. You are just providing a service at that point.
We do similar. We exclusively develop on clients’ n8n instances.

I dont want my People to access the ui Of n8n But Provide it as a service when it is hosted by me as they are cost effective. will it be possible if i take a startup plan or enterprise plan
I believe that still falls under reselling. You should contact the embedded (or enterprise*) team to discuss options to prevent you from being sued.
How I understand it is that if you run workflows for clients and they do not have access to n8n but you get data from their systems (so using their credentials and such) you need an enterprise license.
If you run your n8n within your UI white labeling it for example you need the embed license.
So simply speaking if they have access to n8n you need embedded and if not you need enterprise.

If I use elestio to manage my self hosted n8n . i heard that i can host clients on my own account or n8n .is it true or are there any complications. i am wishing to provide a low cost solution to indian business owners who cannot afford those high prices
Kind of grey area, but if you deploy an n8n instance per client, and they have full admin access to their own. That may be considered fine.
I am really not sure, it would be best to reach out to find out. Or you can just deploy on their own n8n cloud. 20-30$/month is very low cost.
