Hello!
I’m running n8n self-hosted on my VPS (version 1.120.0).
When I click the “Unlock selected paid features for free” button, I get the message:
“Your license key is being generated and will be sent to [email protected].”
But the email never arrives, not even in spam.
My SMTP is correctly configured and tested.
Could someone manually generate my activation key or help me receive it?

I‘m also having the exact same problem. It gives same message but email does not arrive.
Try both “localhost:port” approach as well as webhook URL using ngrok generated “https: URL”, but have the same behavior and result.

Tried this for several hours since morning (India time), but no hope at all. It is just frustrating, as was very keen to get started on this. Any help in resolving it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I have same problem, not receiving and I have to work with debug in editor mode.

No conection, dns, firewall or cloudfare issue. Seems like an internal n8n flaw and not getting any help from support.
All, watching this thread. I saw this message in a related post, hope it will be fixed today.

This is resolved now. All the earlier requests submitted for not have any errors, so after the fix in backend, got multiple mails with license keys.
The issue is resolved, thanks for the resolution.
