We’re from spain and we used n8n as a solution for a custom automation proces.
The project was subjected to subsidy and one of the requirements was to provide a user log screenshot. We have the starter plan on n8n under the customers name and we have 20 users in it, however, we provided the logs we could get with n8n (which are “last active”) but the subsidy has been stopped as they say this is not enough, they request from us a full log activity (user mail, last connection date).
There’s fine print saying that we could present a text from the solution provider (which is n8n) saying there’s no log acivity available.
We’ve found there is the option to retrive the log activity with the enterprise plan, but customer does not agree with the price of it so we can’t get it.
Does anyone know if we can get this text, if so, whom to contact with? We sent an email to help@n8n but we are running out of time.
