Adding pin/unpin option without the need to open node

Dear n8n Team,

We at Appliment are quite new to n8n and maybe this already exists but we don’t know about it.

It seems that currently user must open the node to pin/unpin the data. We are proposing a solution to include the button (icon) somewhere around the node so user can pin/unpin the data without the need for additional click to open the node. It is quite useful when you need to pin a dozen of nodes.

Yeah, totally agree with this idea. Having a quick pin/unpin button outside the node would make things a lot smoother, especially when working with many nodes at once.

Hope the dev team considers adding this in a future update — it would be a nice little quality-of-life boost!
