Agent not responding due to plan activation issue – license key no longer valid

Hello everyone :waving_hand:,

I’m reaching out to the community because I’ve run into an issue and would really appreciate some guidance.

I’ve created an AI Agent in n8n and followed the documentation step by step, exactly as instructed.
Important detail: my n8n account was already activated before I created the workflow.

After finishing the flow and activating the agent, the agent does not respond. The platform indicates that I need to activate a paid plan. However, the license key/trial key I received previously is no longer valid.

Because of this, I’m currently stuck:

  • The agent is correctly built and active

  • The workflow is fine

  • But I cannot test or use it due to the plan activation issue

I’ve already contacted n8n support by email a few days ago, but unfortunately I haven’t received any response yet.

So I’d like to ask the community:

  • Has anyone experienced something similar?

  • Is there a way to reset the trial, revalidate the license, or manually activate the plan in this situation?

  • What would be the recommended next step?

I’m very motivated to keep building with n8n and genuinely appreciate any help or direction you can provide.
