Quick edit to point out a few pain points we experienced so far

  • please ensure you are providing voiceover that explains your flow and says your evaluation results out loud
  • there seems to be something going on with form endings not being shown. If a form seems to loading indefinitely, check your email it may have already gone through

Sounds exciting! Thanks for sharing all the details and timelines clearly. I’d also love to know how long the submissions will remain open, so we can plan our entries better. (or if a lot of time passes, but we hope that’s not the case!)

Though, (and you didn’t hear this from me) if we run out of prizes quickly we may or may not add more :wink:

I recommend trying to get something submitted in the first couple of days. That being said, if everything runs out on the first day or two, I imagine there will be more chances to get prizes :slightly_smiling_face:

Is there an specific Judge LLM we have to use?

2 questions

  1. do we have to run evaluations in video or just explain what we did and how we did?
  2. are reasoning metrics will also be added or just correctness?(because in my run they are not being added I am using template available)

Do we have to have the ingest and chunk to RAG inside the same workflow - or one for ingestion and the provided base for evaluation?

Could you share the workflows built by Nate and Jack, after the completion of the challenge? It will be useful for us.

@PrMyto you can use any llm or tools you would like.

But the evaluations should be kept the same as they are in the template workflow provided in the contest rules

@moosa good question, you do not need to run the evaluations in the video, just show the results. It will take more than two minutes to run the evals :wink:

The reasoning in the output of the eval is just to help “debug” evals incase there is an unexpected result. Only the numbers are factored in

@ajo6268 you can use multiple workflows and break things up into subworkflows if you prefer, just try to show everything in the video :grin:

I clicked the submit button on the form and I have been waiting for over 5 minutes. It is still not finished. Is this expected?

Sometimes depending on ad blockers/extensions it can block the form ending screen.

If that happens, please check your email and see if you got anything.

It could also just take a while depending on internet speed to upload the binary file. Let me know if you have an email

So how will you know that score is reflected correct and not edited manually?

There’s an issue with a a couple people that submitted a video without any audio. You need to explain your workflow

It is a REQUIREMENT to voice over and explain what’s happening.

Sorry we did not make this more clear, but this is required and the video will be rejected without it
