Hello guys, now I want to create a workflow that need the AI agent go to the google drive to search the file and write the root cause and corrective action.
My overall concept will be like the user interact with the ai agent, and the user will tell to the ai agent that need to find out the NCR. For example, in my google drive have NCR 001 - NCR 006. Then I will ask the ai agent to find out the NCR 003, so the ai agent will go to the google drive and find the NCR 003, then will confirm the content with the user. If correct, will proceed based on that problem in the NCR 003, come out the root cause and corrective action through the interaction.
So how can I achieve this workflow? Can anyone can give the example? Thanks so much
