I built an n8n agent for an office, the concept is to receive the leads from social media, AI agent will interact and get them to schedule an appointment. My questions, is, since whatsapp phone number can’t be share/check with whatsapp web or whatsapp phone number, how can I get the staff to see the conversation going on with the customer? for recordkeeping or supervision?
Any thoughts are much appreciated.
