Job Title: AI Automation Specialist – Social Media & Content Workflows

We’re looking for a systems thinker who can use AI and automation tools to build scalable workflows for social media and creative operations.

Role Overview

As the AI Automation Specialist, you will own the development and optimization of automated systems that manage our short-form video content—from download and editing to scheduling and posting. You’ll work directly with the Marketing Manager and Creative team to remove manual bottlenecks and scale our content output using n8n and other tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize n8n automation flows for content processing, editing, and publishing

  • Integrate tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, FFmpeg, CapCut API, 4KDownloader, and Google Sheets

  • Automate repetitive tasks such as downloading videos, trimming and editing clips, adding captions, and uploading to platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

  • Set up AI-powered systems for content titling, transcription, and copywriting using tools like ChatGPT and Whisper

  • Maintain clean folder structures, naming conventions, and data flows

  • Monitor workflows for errors, debug issues, and improve system reliability

  • Create simple dashboards or trackers for the marketing team to view content pipeline status

  • Document all automations and create SOPs for team onboarding and use

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in workflow automation using n8n, Make, or Zapier

  • Proficient in API integrations, webhooks, and custom logic

  • Solid working knowledge of FFmpeg, video processing tools, and file management

  • Experience automating content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram

  • Familiarity with AI tools for transcription and content generation (e.g., OpenAI, Whisper, CapCut AI)

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills

  • Self-directed and capable of building production-ready automation independently

Bonus Points For

  • Experience building automation for social media or influencer brands

  • Light scripting skills (JavaScript, Python)

  • Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or other operations tools

  • Understanding of short-form content trends and best practices
