AI features not enabled on my paid Cloud workspace

Hi n8n team,
I am using an n8n Cloud paid subscription, but my workspace still does not have the new AI features (ChatGPT blue node, AI

Agent, AI Chat, AI workflow builder, etc.).
I have contacted support multiple times, but I keep receiving AI assistant responses and my ticket does not seem to reach a human agent.
I need the AI features for my automation workflow, so I would appreciate a manual review and activation.

Here is what I currently see:
• No AI nodes
• No AI workflow builder
• Only the old OpenAI node

Just bumping this — I still don’t have access to any AI features.
This is blocking my automation project, so I would appreciate quick manual activation.
