AI Gen in Function Node

When trying to generate AI code in the function node, I just get this toast messge:
“Code generation failed due to an unknown reason. Try again in a few minutes.”

It’s been like this since I created my workspace a couple of days ago. Any help is appreciated.

Information on your n8n setup

  • n8n version: 1.79.3
  • Database (default: SQLite): using n8n cloud
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): using n8n cloud
  • Operating system: Windows

Hi @mbuk i have few questions before to comeup with any kind of understanding for solution

  1. Could you share a screenshot of your workflow and the Function node where you’re experiencing the issue?
  2. What specific code are you trying to generate with the AI feature?
  3. Have you tried using different complexity levels in your generation requests?
