AI Marketing & n8n Automation Specialist for chill life — Potential Long-Term Partnership

AI Marketing & n8n Automation Specialist for chill life — Potential Long-Term Partnership

Hi, I’m Beth Levis, founder of chill life, a purpose-driven lifestyle brand.

We believe happier people create healthier communities. Our apparel, products, and initiatives promote positivity, mental fitness, and meaningful real-life connection. Two key areas of our work are encouraging healthier youth sports culture and helping people take daily breaks from technology to be more present.

I’m looking for an experienced AI marketing and automation specialist who can help translate this mission into consistent storytelling, audience growth, and measurable sales.

What I’m looking to build

A coordinated marketing system using n8n and AI tools such as Claude or OpenAI to:

● Develop content grounded in our brand voice, values, and product offerings.

● Create and repurpose social posts, video scripts, and email campaigns.

● Manage a content calendar and approval process.

● Connect relevant tools across our Shopify store, email marketing, and social channels.

● Track performance and use those insights to improve campaigns.

Preserving the authenticity of chill life’s message is essential. The system should support thoughtful storytelling, with my review and approval built into the process.

Who would be a strong fit

Someone who combines technical skill with marketing judgment and has already built successful AI marketing workflows for an apparel, lifestyle, or consumer-product brand.

You should be able to show what you built, explain the strategy behind it, and share measurable results—particularly sales, conversions, customer acquisition, or repeat purchases.

An interest in positivity, mental fitness, youth sports, and building a brand with purpose would be a meaningful advantage.

Engagement and partnership

I’m open to discussing a project-based or ongoing engagement. For the right person, there may also be an opportunity to explore a longer-term strategic partnership, including potential equity tied to an agreed role, contribution, and results. Scope and compensation would be discussed together.

Please send me a private message with:

1. Relevant consumer-brand projects and the results achieved.

2. Examples of n8n and AI workflows you have built.

3. Your role in both marketing strategy and implementation.

4. How you would approach an initial project for chill life.

5. Your availability, pricing, and interest in a longer-term partnership.

Learn more about the brand: https://chill-life.com

I’m looking for someone who shares the vision and can help turn it into a disciplined, effective marketing operation.

Hello @Chill-life, welcome to n8n community, I spent some time on chill-life.com before writing this, and I’ll answer your five points directly.

1. Consumer brand work and results

Most relevant: a daily reporting pipeline for a Shopify apparel brand pulling Meta, Google Ads and Shopify metrics into one view, so the founder could see spend against actual revenue each morning instead of three dashboards. That changed where budget went. Also a WooCommerce, payments and accounting reconciliation system for a retail client, and an order and follow-up system for a direct-to-consumer brand.

Being straight with you, since authenticity matters here: I have not run a content engine for a purpose-driven apparel brand specifically. I have the Shopify and ads data side, the content automation side, and the integration work that joins them. If you need someone with a proven conversion track record in lifestyle apparel, that isn’t me, and I’d rather say so now than oversell.

2. n8n and AI workflows

A content system where one input produces platform-specific captions, hooks and scripts, queued for approval before anything publishes. A document agent that extracts data, flags exceptions and waits for a human. A daily scouting system pulling and qualifying listings. An AI sales agent that qualifies inbound leads over messaging and books them in.

Common thread, and it matters here: every one has a human approval gate. I don’t build systems that publish on their own.

3. My role

Technical build plus the system design around it. I’m not a brand strategist, and I’d be wary of anyone claiming they can write chill life’s voice better than you. What I’d build holds your voice as the reference the AI works from, generates drafts, and puts them in front of you. The judgment stays yours.

4. How I’d approach an initial project

Your site isn’t the gap. The resources hub, the partners, the culture locker and sports culture reset are all there and they’re good. The gap is cadence and reuse.

You have four distinct audiences on that page, athletes, coaches, parents and customers, and your community spotlight shows real people already creating content for you. Right now that lives on Instagram and stops there. A single piece from the culture locker should be producing a post for each of those four audiences, an email, and a blog entry, not one Instagram post.

So the first project: a content engine that takes one source input, a story, a partner launch, a resource, and produces the full set across channels, segmented by audience, all waiting for your approval. Plus the measurement side connected to Shopify so you can see which stories actually move product rather than guessing.

5. Availability, pricing, partnership

Available now, 25 to 30 hours a week, GMT+1 with full US overlap. Project based to start, I’d want to deliver something working before either of us talks about ongoing.

A first build of this shape runs $1,200 to $2,000 depending on how many channels we connect in phase one. Retainer after that if it’s working.

On equity, open to it later, but not instead of payment on the first project. Let’s see how we work together first.

Hi Beth, the approval step is the part I’d build first. Every draft lands in one queue with the brand voice notes beside it, and nothing goes to Shopify email or social until you tap approve.

We’ve done similar n8n setups with Claude for content plus Shopify hooks at Octacer.

Which channel matters most for sales right now, email or Instagram?

Beth, one thing that stands out is your emphasis on preserving chill life’s authenticity while building a more consistent marketing operation.

I wouldn’t start by automating content publishing. I’d first establish a brand knowledge base covering your messaging, product stories, audience segments, and approved content examples.

From there, n8n could connect Shopify and your marketing tools to generate campaign drafts, repurpose approved content, route everything through your review, and track what actually contributes to customer acquisition and repeat purchases.

I’d also separate content performance from business outcomes. Engagement is useful, but knowing which campaigns lead to product interest, purchases, and returning customers is what helps improve the strategy.

That way, AI supports your storytelling rather than replacing the human voice behind chill life.

Hi Beth, I like the idea behind chill life, especially the focus on positivity and helping people build healthier relationships with technology.

I work with n8n, Make, AI content workflows, APIs and social media automation. I’ve built workflows connecting AI tools, Google Sheets and multiple social platforms to streamline content creation and publishing.

Your idea of keeping human review and brand authenticity at the centre of the process is important. I’ll send you a DM with examples of my work and how I’d approach an initial project.

Hi Beth,

Fwddeploy builds custom AI systems and n8n automations for businesses. I’d approach this as an approval-first content and measurement workflow: keep your brand voice, audience segments and product facts as the source of truth; turn an approved brief or story into channel-specific social posts, video scripts and email drafts; organize them in a content calendar; and publish only after your review. I’d connect the workflow to Shopify, email and social tools, then bring campaign and store performance into a view that helps you compare what is driving engagement and sales. The system should support your voice, not replace it.

For the first phase, I’d map one campaign from source story to approved posts and email, connect the relevant Shopify and channel data, and test the approval and reporting flow end to end before expanding. Fwddeploy: https://fwddeploy.co. Selected website work: https://carebridgern.com, https://kammanahalli-spa.vercel.app, https://motozone-premium.netlify.app. Our AI products Event OS and AiCRM are in pilot; I can share relevant workflow examples and scope the first phase with you.

I can’t substantiate consumer-brand conversion or revenue results from these examples, so I haven’t claimed any. My AI automation rate is $35/hour; I can give a fixed phase-one price after agreeing the channels and acceptance criteria. I’d prefer to start with a paid project and discuss an ongoing role only after the first scope and responsibilities are clear.

Hi Beth,
Rather than describe the system, I built one so you can look at it first: AI marketing system on n8n for a consumer brand — Max Igoshev

1.Consumer brands and results. Honestly, I have not run AI marketing for an apparel brand yet, so I have no sales numbers to show you. The page is a demo for a fictional store, and it says so.

2.n8n and AI examples. Six real n8n workflows on that page, each downloadable. One story or new product becomes posts, video scripts and email blocks in the brand voice. Every draft goes to you in Telegram with Approve, Edit, Reject. Approved posts publish on schedule, email campaigns land in Klaviyo as drafts, and a weekly report ties Shopify orders to the stories through UTM tags and discount codes.

3.My role. I build the system and the content method behind it. The part that matters for your voice: every edit you make becomes a written rule, and the next drafts are checked against it, so you correct less each round.

4.First project for chill life. Start small. Your brand kit from the site, past posts and a short brief from you, then the approval queue and drafts from one source for each of your audiences. Once the drafts sound like you, connect Shopify, email and the weekly sales report.

5.Availability and partnership. Available now, working in writing. A fixed price for the first phase once you confirm the scope. Open to a longer partnership after that phase proves itself.

Hi Beth, I’m new here so the forum won’t let me send a private message yet, so I’m answering your five points here.

I read your post and looked at chill-life.com.

  1. Consumer-brand work: I run my own Shopify store and ran an e-commerce business before that, plus customer-operations roles supporting Amazon, AT&T and Noon. I don’t have a client case study with sales numbers to show you yet, and I’d rather say that than dress it up.

  2. n8n/AI workflows: my portfolio includes an n8n inbox assistant (AI triage and draft replies), a Shopify order-operations flow and an AI lead-capture workflow. Happy to walk you through them on a call.

  3. My role: I’d own the system design and the build; you own the voice and the final yes on everything that goes out.

  4. First project I’d suggest (fixed scope, 7–10 days):

    • Your “Join the chill life movement” signup feeding a welcome series and an abandoned-checkout flow written in your voice (if those aren’t already running), since that’s where a young brand’s first repeat sales usually come from.
    • An n8n + Claude workflow that turns one idea or product drop into a draft email, three social captions and a short video script, sent to you to approve or edit, and logged in a simple content calendar.
    • A weekly summary of signups, email revenue and best-performing posts.

Price: $750 fixed, half to start.

  5. Availability: about 10–15 hours a week, on US mornings. Open to a longer-term role once the first project proves itself.

Would a 15-minute call this week work?

Alaa

Hi Beth — would you consider an implementation-only pilot alongside your marketing direction? I have tested reporting and workflow demos, including data validation, duplicate protection and an audit trail, but no consumer-brand sales results to claim. A small first step could be one content queue with your approval before publication and a simple campaign report. I could not find a private-message button on your profile. If this narrower role is useful, could you message me with the first process, timeline and budget range you have in mind?

Hi,

I’d build this around your voice first. The drafts get written from your own texts, nothing goes out until you approve it, and every time you edit a draft, that edit becomes a new example for the next ones. So after a few weeks you’re fixing a lot less.

To be upfront, I haven’t done marketing for an apparel brand yet, so I can’t show you sales numbers from one. Right now I’m working with a US accounting firm, building the private data layer their team uses with Claude. Different world, same idea: the AI should say what the business actually says and not make things up.

The closest thing I’ve built to what you want is a content pipeline in n8n. You plan posts in a Google Sheet (topic, tone, date), the model writes the caption and post idea back into the same row, and if something breaks I get an email right away. I attached a screenshot so you can see how it looks.

For a first project I’d take one story, say a Culture Locker launch, and turn it into an Instagram post, an email and a TikTok script. You’d get everything in one weekly batch and approve it from your phone in a few minutes. For a brand that tells people to turn off and tune in, it felt wrong to sit you in front of another dashboard. Each post would also get its own tracked link, so Shopify shows you which stories actually sell.

The strategy and the voice stay yours, I take care of the building and the setup.

I can do around 20 hours a week. I’m in Ukraine, so my day overlaps with your mornings. For that first phase I’d suggest $300 fixed, and if it works well, I’m happy to talk about something longer term.

Happy to talk more here whenever you have time.

Hi Beth, I’d love to help with the engineering side: an n8n pipeline that drafts content from your brand guide with Claude/OpenAI, routes it to you for approval, schedules approved posts and syncs with Shopify and your email tool. I’m a backend & automation engineer (10+ years, Python/Node/APIs, DevOps). My new forum account can’t send DMs yet, so please message me here or email matin.ghane@gmail.com. Profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/matin-ghane

Hi Beth, would you consider a small paid first milestone focused on implementation: one approved product/source → email and social drafts → your review queue?

My background is software development and automation, and I use AI-assisted development with testing. I’d like to check whether you’re open to evaluating the technical workflow separately from a consumer-brand marketing track record.

Which channel would you prioritize, and what budget and payment terms do you have for that first milestone? I can’t access private messaging here yet, so please message me if this could be a fit.

Hi Beth,

I read your post for the AI Marketing & n8n Automation Specialist position at chill life, and I’m very excited about your mission. As an n8n Automation Engineer & AI Agent Developer, I specialize in building end-to-end automated workflows integrated with LLMs, webhooks, databases, and multi-channel applications.

Here is how my experience directly aligns with what you are looking for:

1. Relevant Projects & Live Demos:

AI-Powered Lead Qualification & Outreach Automation: Built an end-to-end n8n workflow incorporating AI scoring, data validation, deduplication, human approval (human-in-the-loop), and automated outreach [Ai Lead Scoring].

AI-Powered Recruitment & Applicant Tracking System: Designed automated intake, CV parsing/processing, AI matching, decision routing, and candidate communications [Hireloop — AI Recruitment Operations].

AI Healthcare Appointment & Patient Support System: Implemented AI-agent orchestration for complex workflows including booking, rescheduling, and automated email communication [CareFlow AI].

2. n8n & AI Workflows:

I regularly design n8n workflows integrated with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini AI, Claude), Supabase/PostgreSQL databases, REST APIs, and automated email/content channels.

I am experienced in setting up human-in-the-loop mechanisms, ensuring that content, campaigns, or actions pass through your manual review and approval before going live.

3. Strategy & Implementation Role:

I handle both the strategic design of the automation structure and the hands-on engineering (n8n, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs) to make sure systems run reliably, scalably, and maintain brand authenticity.

4. Approach to chill life:

For an initial setup, I would connect n8n with your AI provider (Claude/OpenAI), Shopify store, and social/email channels. We can create a unified content generation and calendar pipeline where AI prepares draft posts/emails according to your brand voice, sends them to you for approval, and automatically schedules/publishes them upon your sign-off.

5. Availability, Pricing, & Long-Term Interest:

Availability: Ready to start immediately on a project-based or ongoing basis.

Pricing: Open to discussing fair project milestones or retainer rates depending on the final scope.

Partnership: I strongly resonate with your brand values around well-being and positive impact, and I would love to explore a longer-term partnership.

Feel free to check out my full portfolio here: https://imam-wahyudi-portfolio.vercel.app/

Looking forward to connecting!

Best regards,

Imam Wahyudi

Hi Beth, here’s how I’d do the first piece. It’s useful whether or not you hire me:

  1. Voice file first. One Google Doc with your mission, 10 to 15 posts or emails you love, words you never use, and your product list with the “why” behind each item. Every AI step reads this doc, so the drafts sound like you and not like generic AI.
  2. One input, many drafts. A new Shopify product or blog post triggers n8n, and Claude writes an IG caption, a short video script and an email blurb. All three land as rows in an “Approval” sheet (or Notion board) with Draft / Approved / Scheduled status.
  3. Nothing publishes until you mark a row Approved. Approved rows go to your scheduler and email tool.
  4. Weekly, n8n pulls Shopify orders with UTM/discount codes and your email stats into the same sheet, so you can see which stories actually sold.

Being straight with you: I haven’t run this for an apparel brand yet. That’s why I’d rather prove it on something small than pitch a retainer. For $100 I’ll build steps 1 to 3 for one channel (Instagram or email, your pick), you use it for two weeks, and we only talk about more if it saves you time. Happy to answer questions here either way.

Hi Beth, I saw your post about building an AI marketing and automation system for chill life. I have experience with Shopify-related automation, Python/API integrations, and AI workflows. I’d approach this by connecting your content sources to an approval-based workflow, then integrating the relevant Shopify and email data.

I’d be happy to start with a clearly scoped, paid first milestone rather than propose a large system upfront. I can share relevant work and discuss the tools, deliverables, timeline, and budget. Would you be open to that?

Hi Beth,

Chill life is a nice fit for this one, because the part that actually breaks at your stage isn’t the automation — it’s the follow-through.

What I build runs in production, not in a demo, and the closest thing to your use case is a multilingual booking and enquiry agent that answers immediately, in English, Arabic and French, confirms the slot rather than collecting a message for someone to call back, and escalates anything sensitive to you with the conversation attached.

Three systems are live right now if you want to poke at them:

  • chat.djaouad.is-a.dev — booking agent
  • customer.djaouad.is-a-dev — support over WhatsApp
  • docs.djaouad.is-a.dev — document AI

One thing I’d genuinely stress: “chill life, long-term partnership” is easy to say and hard to scope. Rather than open with a rate card, I’d rather start with one concrete flow you currently do by hand — a launch, a signup, a support question — and measure whether it removes real work. If it doesn’t, there’s nothing to talk about.

What does your enquiry flow look like today, and where does it stall?

Also worth flagging plainly: I’m based in Algeria, so if you’re expecting US/EU hours overlap rather than fully async, tell me and I’ll know early.

Best,
Djaouad Frih
Full-Stack + AI Engineer

Hi Beth,I like that you want your review built into the process, because thats what keeps this from sounding like generic AI marketing.

If I were setting it up, I’d start with a single reference document holding your brand voice, product stories and a handful of posts you loved, and have everything drafted from that. I’d also add a quick check that flags anything that reads like a mental health promise, anything involving kids, or any community photo or story where permission isn’t clear, since youth sports is a big part of what you do. Those would never reach your approval queue.

Then I’d tag every post and email with an ID that follows through Shopify, so after a month you can see which stories actually led to orders. And I’d make sure the whole thing tells you when something breaks, like an expired social login, so a post doesn’t just silently not go out.

I am part of a team called Pond that builds custom agents. If you are weighing to build this, we can prepare an outline of how the system would work for Chill life, at no cost, before you commit to anything.

To help shape that outline, is your brand voice documented anywhere, or does it currently live mainly in your past content?

Kind regards.

1 curtida

Hi Beth, one thing I haven’t seen here yet. Since youth sports and mental fitness are core to chill life, I’d put a quick check before your approval queue. It flags any draft that shows kids, or reposts community content, without permission on record. It also flags any line that reads like a mental health claim (“reduces anxiety” etc.). You still decide. It just makes sure those don’t slip by on a busy day.

I’d also grab a 4-week baseline before building anything: posts per week, email revenue, repeat purchase rate. Then the pilot has a real number to beat, not just “feels more consistent.”

Quick question: are the video scripts for you to film yourself, or for athletes and creators you work with? That changes the format a lot.

Hello Beth,

First, I will like to let you know that I am new with n8n. But I’m excited about the vision behind chill life and your commitment to promoting positivity, mental fitness, healthier youth sports culture, and meaningful real-life connections.

I believe AI and marketing automation can help transform this mission into a powerful brand story that resonates with the right audience while driving sustainable growth and sales.

My approach would be to build a coordinated AI-powered marketing system using tools such as n8n, OpenAI or Claude, integrated with your Shopify store, email marketing platform, and social media channels.

The system would focus on:

AI-Powered Content Creation: Developing authentic, brand-aligned content for social media, email campaigns, and video scripts.

Content Repurposing and Scheduling: Turning key brand messages into multiple content formats and organizing them through a structured content calendar.

Human Approval and Brand Authenticity: Building approval checkpoints into the workflow so every campaign reflects chill life’s values, voice, and purpose before publication.

Marketing Automation: Connecting relevant platforms to streamline repetitive tasks, improve consistency, and create a more efficient marketing operation.

Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitoring engagement, conversions, sales, and customer retention to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

My goal would be to help chill life build more than an automated content system. I would aim to create a sustainable marketing operation that combines AI efficiency with human creativity, thoughtful storytelling, and measurable business outcomes.

I’m also interested in exploring a longer-term collaboration where the strategy, implementation, and growth objectives are clearly defined.

I appreciate the opportunity to connect with a brand that stands for something meaningful. I would welcome a conversation about your priorities, current tools, and vision for the next stage of chill life’s growth.

Thank you, Beth. I look forward to the possibility of working together.

Best regards,
