Airtable node - Base & Table list don't reload after the first time

In the new Airtable node (v2), selecting Base & Table using From list only works for the very first time when the node was newly created and no table has been selected.
As soon as a table is chosen and the columns are loaded, clicking on these two fields again will be met with Could not load list. Please check your credential, even though the credential is working fine.

Please help look into this. Thank you!

Update: I just upgraded to 1.10.0 today, and it seems like the issue is gone. The list refreshes as expected. Thanks!
