Describe the problem/error/question

I try to upload data between Airtable and Google Sheets. But all the tutorials for n8n are old, and I cannot make nodes — I can’t understand what data and where to pick. Starting with the point that Airtable switches from API to Tokens.

Please help — are there any good tutorials to see how the upload can be done?

Which tutorial are you looking at? It is worth first loading the data then once you have it you can work on inserting it into the other system.
