Since 15 January 2026, all new executions in my n8n Cloud workspace stay stuck in “Queued / Starting soon” and never move to “Running” or “Succeeded”, even after several days.

Workspace: a1xv (Starter plan – 5 concurrent executions, 2,500 executions/month)

January usage: about 780 / 2,500 executions, so I am far from the limit.

Executions on 14–15 January were completing normally in a few seconds.

From 15 January onwards, almost all executions are stuck in “Queued / Starting soon”.

I deactivated all workflows, but:

Existing queued/starting‑soon executions remain stuck.

Any new executions also stay queued and never start.

n8n support already told me this cannot be fixed from my side and created an internal ticket (GHC-6452), but my workspace has now been unusable for several days.
This is not a workflow configuration question; it looks like a Cloud queue/worker/scheduler problem for my tenant.

Could someone from the n8n team please:

Check the queue/worker for workspace a1xv and restart/fix it.

Confirm whether this is part of a known Cloud incident.
