Hello my workflow was archived and therefore inactive however It has used up all my usage somehow. IF there is anyone who could help me in this situation we ould greatly appreciated. Note when i look on executions its showing a different flow to the saved one but still that doesnt change the fact that it was archived and inactive but still running.
@jabbson not sure if you are staff, if not sorry for the tag!
Hey @Oscar_G, hope all is well, welcome to the community.
I am not staff, but thank you for thinking that I could be (hey n8n_team, wink-wink).
I am sure someone from the team can answer this with confidence, but until then, could you share:
Information on your n8n setup
- n8n version:
- Database (default: SQLite):
- n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
- Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app):
- Operating system:
Additionally, please share
- What is your plan / how many active workflows you are limited to?
- What error do you see when you try to activate a new workflow. You mentioned you used “all your usage somehow”, please show what you mean.
- Could you expand on the sentence from your initial message, which starts with “Note when i look on executions its showing”, maybe show an example / screenshot.
- You have verified there are no active workflows in the list or number of workflows is less than the number allowed by your plan?
As to what you could try, what comes to mind -
- reboot your workspace if there is such option
- check logs if any inactive flows are still happening
- go over workflows and disable triggers (assuming there could be some hooks / events that didn’t unregister)
