I think it would be very beneficial if a new node could be created in order to catch the data pulled from the Apple Health Apps to interact with other Apps like excel. Thank you!
Is there any public API that we can use to pull that data that you know of?
Apparently, the data from the Apple Health App is stored on the user´s iPhone. There is an iPhone app called “Human API” which is able to subtract that data from the Apple Health App semi-automatically, which has a public API. Hope this works and makes it possible to sync Apple watch data and Health data to other apps!

Exist.io also has an API (subscription required, but there’s a 30-day trial):

I don’t use it (yet), but there’s all sorts of intriguing trigger possibilities or integration bridges there.

Personally, I think it would be best to create a node from an app which is free to use so that more people can benefit from it, but is great to know!
