I wanted to ask you if it is possible that when there is an approval of a ticket, if when sending a notification to the person by slack it can be approved from there without having to enter the link

I don’t have an example of it but if you can get the notification in Slack you can use Slack interactive messages which would allow having a button or similar that can post back to a webhook to do your approval.
I am not sure how much effort would be involved with making it but I don’t see why it wouldn’t be possible.
